Pahel works with smallholder farmers and rural communities relying on agriculture, livestock and handicrafts. There are several activities, which Pahel is doing in the fields like Climate Smarts Agriculture Practices, Crop Livestock Interaction Rotation, Women Farmers capacity building, skill development and livelihoods support, Alternative Livelihoods, Water Efficient Agriculture Practices (High Efficiency Irrigation System), Kitchen Gardening, Off-season farming, Establishment of Seedbanks of local and climate resilient verities, Arid Agriculture and Livestock Production and Women Entrepreneurships.

Pahel Pakistan has a comprehensive initiative designed to foster sustainable development by addressing the multifaceted needs of marginalized communities. This program focuses on economic empowerment through skill development and community investment fund, promoting entrepreneurship and enhancing employability, particularly among women and youth. It emphasizes social inclusion by ensuring gender equality and encouraging community participation, ensuring that the voices of the most vulnerable are heard and considered. Environmentally, the program advocates for sustainable agricultural practices and resource management to maintain ecological balance. Additionally, it seeks to improve access to education and healthcare, crucial for long-term development and well-being, and supports infrastructure development to enhance living conditions.
