Preparedness: In the preparedness phase, Pahel Pakistan focuses on developing and maintaining a preparedness policy. This policy ensures that all actions are responsive to humanitarian needs. The organization leverages its extensive network of over 800 trained volunteers spread across 16 targeted districts, ensuring a rapid and efficient mobilization when needed. The volunteers are skilled in various aspects of disaster management including camp management, and the distribution of food, non-food items, shelter kits, and dignity kits.

Floods of 2010, 2012, and 2022: Pahel Pakistan provided critical support through the distribution of cooked food, dry rations, non-food items, shelter kits, and winterization supplies. Their expertise in camp management ensured the effective coordination and operation of relief camps.
COVID-19 Pandemic: The organization played a crucial role in the pandemic response, ensuring the distribution of necessary supplies and providing support to affected communities.
Heatwave in 2024: Pahel Pakistan responded to the heatwave by distributing heatwave response kits and ensuring the availability of water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) facilities.
